To help us prepare the room for our next guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following check-out guidelines:
- Check-out Time: Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and must be arranged with management in advance.
- Return of Keys: Please return all room keys or access devices as instructed before leaving the property.
- Personal Belongings: Ensure you have collected all your personal belongings before checking out. RIER Guesthouse is not responsible for items left behind, although we will make every effort to assist in recovering lost property.
- Room Condition: Please leave the room in a neat and tidy condition. Used towels may be left in the bathroom.
- Damage or Missing Items: Guests are responsible for any damage to the room, furniture, fittings, or missing items during their stay. Any applicable charges may be deducted or invoiced accordingly.
- Waste Disposal: Kindly place all rubbish in the bins provided before departing.
- Switch Off Utilities: Please switch off lights, air conditioning, heaters, fans, televisions, and other electrical appliances before leaving the room.
- Windows and Doors: Ensure all windows are closed and the room door is securely locked when checking out.
- Breakfast: If breakfast is included in your booking, please enjoy it during the designated breakfast service hours before checking out.
- Parking: Remove your vehicle from the property before completing check-out to allow access for incoming guests.
