1. Check-Out Time

Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and must be arranged with management in advance. Additional charges may apply.

2. Return of Keys

Please return all room keys or access devices as instructed before departing the property.

3. Personal Belongings

Please ensure that you have collected all personal belongings before checking out. While every effort will be made to assist in locating lost items, RIER Guesthouse cannot accept responsibility for items left behind.

4. Room Condition

We kindly ask that you leave your room in a reasonable and tidy condition. Used towels may be left in the bathroom.

5. Damage or Missing Items

Guests are responsible for any damage to the room, furniture, fittings, appliances, or missing items during their stay. Where applicable, repair or replacement costs may be charged.

6. Waste Disposal

Kindly place all rubbish in the bins provided before departing.

7. Switch Off Electrical Appliances

Before checking out, please switch off all lights, air conditioning, heaters, fans, televisions, and any other electrical appliances.

8. Windows and Doors

Please ensure that all windows are closed and the room door is securely locked when leaving.

9. Breakfast

If breakfast is included in your reservation, kindly enjoy it during the designated breakfast service hours before checking out.

10. Parking

Please remove your vehicle from the property before completing check-out to allow access for arriving guests.

11. Forgotten Property

Any items left behind will be stored for a limited period where possible. Guests are responsible for arranging collection or covering any shipping costs should they request the return of forgotten belongings.

12. Outstanding Charges

All outstanding balances, including charges for damages, missing items, or additional services, must be settled before departure.
